A lot of great tasting recipes in this cookbook and a great explanation of this diet. Very good book

The Keto Meal Prep Manual Was a Good Listen

This was a really good audiobook with lots of good recipes for the Keto Diet. I know several people who have tried this diet and swear by it. I know a few that tried and failed but they may not have had good meal plans. I have never tried it but am willing to give it a go after the holidays.

This was a well-written and easy to understand book by Andrea Adams with excellent narration by Andrea Jones-Pierre.
Recommended.

Great cookbook with very healthy choices!

I highly recommend this cookbook. I received this book just a few days ago but have tried some of the recipes, and they’re delicious. The fact the meals presented in the book are also very healthy is certainly an added benefit! There is a wide range of recipes with a variety of ingredients that will help a chef prepare something that everyone would like.

Helpful Book!!!

The meals are really quick and easy to make because I don't want to spend a lot of time in my kitchen preparing meals. I look forward to my continued journey of meal planning and weight loss.
