A great "How To Book" to get your life in order!

I have served in the US Army for over 20 years. and many of the tool Mel Robbins shared in this book are many of the same ones I have personally used to navigate during my career. Now as a small business owner, Mel has brought these tools and skills set back into my life. Much needed and right on time.

another home run!

listened to this book in 24 hours, I didn't want to turn it off.
the lessons were easy and was able to follow on Audible. often with self help books on Audible I don't do the lessons.

Life Changing Book

I loved The 5 Second Rule, but Mel Robbins takes it to a whole other level in The High 5 Habit. I appreciate the scientific studies that she includes to explain why each thing she recommends is important. My brain needs “proof” that something works in order for me to make a change so this is extremely helpful for me. I love listening to Mel read her book to me - it is so powerful. I bought the hardcover initially, but decided to listen on Audible because I enjoyed the Audible version of The 5 Second Rule so much. It worked out perfectly because my husband read the book while I listened to it. I seriously plan to listen to the entire book multiple times so that I can make sure I don’t forget anything. I have been using several of the strategies already and really feel positively about the impact they are having on my world.

This Book Will Change You

I’m feeling like such a new person and it’s all from just being kind to myself. The conversations in my head are a lot more pleasant and I’m just feeling more at ease with myself. No more beating myself up or just constantly feeling anxious. I interrupt negative thoughts as they come and that skill alone is worth reading this book. This high five thing really works and it doesn’t take long to implement this stuff because it so easy.

You need this book now!

Once again Mel reminds us why we’re so freaking awesome and that we are unstoppable! Not just that but she clearly explains how to be and do all of this so we can have the life we want. Be. Do. Have. She knows what’s up cause she loved it and I can see myself in every story, every example, every action I need to take and have started taking and one week in I’m already seeing massive improvements in my life and attitude.

Lucky number 5

Mel Robbins hits it over the center field fence with another book sharing a simple yet very successful technique incorporating the number 5. With just the 5 digits on one hand, anyone can flip the script for to propel themselves toward the dreams within their heart and soul.
