This is the most informative, insightful, concrete and useful book on professional coaching I have read or listened to so far. I am greatful to the author for writing it!

This book is suitable for the more advanced professionals, and is trully a gem.
The narration is easily fixed to near-perfection by merely accelerating the playback speed to 1.45.

Transformative Coaching Journey

It was so immersive ... which made me to go back to some chapters before proceeding to next. Of course once is not enough!! Learning from different chapters are application backed, hence were easy to apply/practice ... long way to Go! Glad that I got to this HeArt of Science.

The best coaching book on Audible?

I've been reading coaching books, lots of them. I coach people and I manage coaches so its important to be able to offer professional guidance to my team. I'm now on my fourth read through of Laser Focused Coaching and we're reading it as a team. If you coach, or want to, I think you should read this, you'll get more done in less time and with greater clarity of purpose.

THE book on coaching that rises above all others

In my coaching life of 20 years I have read many books over the years. I can confidently say that this book has helped me advance my skills and my confidence more than any other book I’ve ever read. Just when I thought I knew pretty much all I needed to know about coaching this book gave me the reality check I needed to raise my game. From it I found out crucial mistakes I was making that I would have never realized otherwise. Since I started putting all the concepts into action I find my coaching sessions are vastly improved and my clients are experiencing ‘the shift’ to a much higher degree and a more impactful degree.
