This was an outstanding book and required for a class I am taking. I really enjoyed it and lots of good tools for my kit bag as a future coach.

Listening to the audiobook, I am not sure this book is written by Sir John Whitmore. Into chapter 5, and it is still some persons perspective on the book John Whitmore wrote.

It’s ridiculous. The energy purpose and clarity of the original book is lost.

If I could give this book negative 5 stars I would. How galling to use his name but basically pushing someone else’s book.
