The storyline is always entertaining and always unpredictable

After 20 books each, and every book is different. Each is exciting. And The only constant is Jack widow.

On the edge of my seat….

Because I’m waiting for all of the writers I listen to’s next book, I’ve been forced to try other writers and continue to be left disappointed. Was thrilled to finally see this book came to audio and I was not let down! Loved the character, story, and narrator. Cannot wait for the next one….

Best novel in an outstanding series

The Ghost Line is a great story which can be listened to as a stand alone for those not already into the Jack Widow series.

Wonderful series.

Each story is different! You don’t feel like you’re reading the same thing over all the time.

Another great story

Series Best

I’ve listened to all the Widow books and
enjoyed them all, some more than others. So far, in spite of the fact that all the Widow books more or less seem follow a formula, (wanders into some town, gorgeous woman in distress, very bad villains, Widow prevails
against almost insurmountable odds, etc)
this is Scott Blade’s best Widow book. Same
formula but with more texture, more inventiveness, etc. And the reader IS Jack Widow. If you’re a Widow fan, don’t miss this one

This is a SERIOUSLY FANTASTIC Book!!!!

How absolutely wonderfully sickeningly warped the antagonists in this book are. Without going into too much detail the protagonist in this book is Jack Widow. I always hate making the comparison because Widow is his own character and a force to be reckoned with but he is similar to Jack Reacher. The reason I bring up the similarities is because the plot in this book is reminiscent to the plot in the book MAKE ME, book 20 in the Reacher series. Don’t get me wrong there are vast differences but enough that it reminded me of that book.

When Widow arrives in the town of Iron Crossings he’s only there to look into rumor he’d heard. It’s about a man who used to jump trains who disappeared in this town. Widow didn’t expect to find anything out but finds a woman whose husband disappeared the same time as the train stowaway.
At the same time as this is going on you’re given a glimpse into what a corrupt family has its hands into. It’s rather ghoulish and not recommended for the faint of heart. For the rest may I suggest that you buckle up for one heck of a ride.

Alan Philip Ormond does a phenomenal job narrating. He is unquestionably one of the best narrators in the industry today (in my opinion).

This book has my VERY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!

Twists - plot.

The story lines were great but the ending was a little bit of a let down.

Excellent!!!

This book has the right amount of action, suspense with a little bit of romance. Ending is bittersweet.
