well written story

nothing I can think of at this time. character was believebe perhaps a bit over the top.

Storyline and Character Development

Really enjoyed this! As a former 18F I love this character, storyline and character development.

I wasn't sure about this book at first. It was hard to listen to the narrator but after a bit, it grew on me. The story was a good one! I enjoyed it after all.

Excellent story! Excellent narrator! So glad I stumbled onto this author. I just bought the 2nd book in this series.

Great read!

Story line was straight forward. Author did not spend endless time describing scenes or people. Characters were introduced in a natural manner. Therefore It was easy to get to know and like the supporting characters.

I loved the fast pace. I loved there was not a single curse word! So refreshing

Fantastic book

This is my first book by this author, and I was pleasantly surprised. Phoenix police detective, Mason Sharpe, responded to an active shooter at a school. Mason was able to take down the shooters, but not before they took the life of his fiancé. On disability leave, he decides to go to the small NC beach town of Eastport, where he was supposed to spend his honeymoon. Mason is contemplating suicide when a body washes up on the beach. He isn’t impressed with the police department and then ruling the death a suicide. Mason starts his own investigation, which leads to car chases, and lots of fights with bad guys. Great book.

Full of action and interesting characters

A personal story of a former soldier grieving but stopping to help people that needs him.

A tiny bit of a slow start, and then the excitement begins, and it doesn’t end. Beautiful ending.

It’s great to know that the thriller genre is in good hands with Logan Ryles. Bravo
