This book has been a blessing in my life.

I have a very long story like many of us I’m sure. I don’t recall when was the last time I gave a review. But is one of those things you feel you’ve just got to do it because it deserves it. I have suffered from chronic fatigue all my life, have lost so many great opportunities, but my lack of energy and always wanting to sleep have deprived me from truly reaching my full potential. I have been in a long search for that “something” that would help me along with my spirituality. I feel I have discovered what has been the culprit. My fault. I have loved sweets (ice cream and cakes) my whole life and my eating habits, not that I ate the worst foods, just those “spikes” Dr. Sears talks about in the book what have been doing it. I have only been doing it for 2 weeks and I truly truly, sincerely already feel such a difference. I belong to the group of “I was sick & tired of being sick & tired”. For my 2 beautiful toddles and my husband I will continue on T5 and dice it all I’ve got and I k ow with Gods helps and my own effort and dedication I will TRANSFORM who I have been for 40 years.
Thank You thank you Dr. Sears for whiny this jewel with the world. May God continue to bless you and your Family with much wisdom and health and love.

OUTSTANDING WELLNESS PLAN

This is one of the best overall wellness books that you can find. Scientifically sound and highly practical.
