A great tool to navigate the journey of parenthood

Wow this book was long but she is easy to listen to. A great handbook for parenting. I liked the examples and suggestions on what the parent should/could have done instead. Helpful lessons. Requires parents to have a lot of self awareness and rise above oneself in the struggles of parenting to carry out the great tips.

A must for every parent

Truly deep and eye-opening book. I recommend it for evert parent out there. I will definitely buy a hardcopy also
