Wonderful stories and Lessons of Life

It took a long time to get through the holy scriptures, but was well worth it. I will listen to it again in the future.!

Spectacular voice acting and

Christopher Glyn did a spectacular job of capturing the tone and vibe of the Bible in particular the King James Bible of course. I will reread it over and over again. I will recommend it.

Happy I was able to listen instead of read.

I thought the narrator was well-spoken and I enjoyed the pace. Although I did not understand many parts of the Bible as most people do not, I did enjoy it. One thing that could have been left out was the music that they inserted during the times speaking of Jesus. The music was a little distracting. I prefer to listen to the words only.

The Bible

I have purchased several Bibles from audible to listen to and so far this one has been my favorite

The narrat brings the story to life...I am like a child listening to a bedtime story...the best Bible in my collection of 15 complete Bibles plus several New Testaments.

Excellent narration, music interfered with narration, to loud, but enjoyed listening to the word, praise Jesus or Lord and Savior

Good Narration of the Primer Book

This is read a bit slowly. It is helpful for reading along, which should be done. Let's face it, the Bible has many place and personal nouns which don't flow from our mouths easily. Still, there is a comfortable familiarity, and I might not pronounce it so, but it remains natural, and understandable. I appreciate that.

The subject matter is involved, technical, and extremely precise. However, if you have graduated the fifth grade, there is no barrier. After all, the Authorised Version was appointed to be read in churches. It was also the textbook used to teach reading and writing in schools here in America. Our children were taught to read so that they could read the Bible.

All that said, I also like that the books and chapters are laid out so navigating is easy.
