The wonderful way she explains everything..it's the same "go vegan" message, but sweeter, gentler and simpler.

Very interesting book. Summarize many concepts.

If you don't know a lot about food and nutrition, this is a great way to start. I put into practice many of things she said and it works. There is no magic pill you have to change your life style to see great results.

What did you love best about The Beauty Detox Solution?

The Glowing Green Smoothie benefits. I wanted to know exactly what this recipe could do for some of my ailments, and this book delivered as promised. This woman knows what she is talking about, and you can tell that she has done her research. It is all the matter of putting her suggestions into practice. I was skeptical at first, but as I continued to listen, her words just began to make sense.

What did you like best about this story?

This story can be listened to in any order, and you will still learn from it. I often go back to chapter 3 just to learn information that I may have missed. This is an excellent story for those who are battling diseases, conditions, symptoms, weight, and ailments of all kinds.

Which character – as performed by Kimberly Snyder – was your favorite?

Unfortunately, I did not like the narrator, Kimberly Snyder's voice. She sounded like she was stuffed up, and it was a little bit whiny as well. I eventually got used to it because I keep listening to her book repeatedly, but her voice will throw you off a little.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I guess my extreme reaction was to purchase the book version as well. The recipes she mentions are excellent, and there is a lot of information in the book that is not included in the audiobook.

Another reaction for me was the results that I'm seeing. For the past two weeks I have been making the "Glowing Green Smoothie". I already owned a Vita-mix so the blending was a snap. My blood pressure is high and I'm on medication for it. On a good day, I would average 139/100. Since drinking the smoothie, my blood pressure has been lowered to 113/75. This is excellent! I want to keep going this way because I don't want to develop additional heart conditions.

I also noticed that it lowered my blood sugar levels as well. I went from 140+ to 97. I check my blood glucose regularly with my Accu-Chek, because I am diabetic. I'm astonished by these numbers.

How could the performance have been better?

It's hard to explain, but it's almost like her tongue is too big for her mouth and she has trouble forming some words. Almost a lisp, but not quite? It's distracting, and I suggest she gets a narrator for future books.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

"Impede your fat while listening to my speech impediment"

Great info overall - she presents it in a clear manner that isn't overwhelming or intimidating.

100% Difficult for me to personally maintain

While I love the story and believe it will work 100%, it’s definitely something I can not maintain with my lifestyle.

However, I will try me very best to do as much as I can. I’ve shared this with my friends and family because I truly believe it will help them as well.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a great book, filled with helpful information. My only recommendation is for the author to get a professional to read for her. It would create a much better listening experience.

She narrates the book beautifully. I really enjoyed this book but you need an open mind. It's definitely not for everyone.

owned the book for a while but never got around to reading it, but listening to it here was so much better! i actually understood and took in the information and incorporated her methods into my diet and noticed a results right away.

Knowledgable and Practical

Spot on. I have been following the principles of this book, mainly the food combining, supplements and eating light to heavy and have seen quick results in weight loss and energy gain. Reinforces concepts I have learned from my stay at Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, FL last year.
