Great book
This short book is an easy read and even easier listen. It offers many insights and useful tools for anyone aspiring to be a great yoga teacher. It was a required read for my YTT200 program and i am grateful for that and it’s existence. Very comprehensive and good starting block of basic knowledge of the profession that is being a yoga instructor.
