I definitely want to work on modifying my diet but this book talks about most foods as being toxic. It seems very intense and the books has a lot of calculations that are hard to follow on audio. But overall, I am convinced that 80 10 10 is a great lifestyle.

The information in this book has literraly changed my life in just a matter of days of applying Dr. Graham principles I am noticing weight loss, increased energy, stamina and better sleep.
