A short but intriguing story

This is a short story that takes place in the Crowns of Nyaxia world. The story revolves around Vale, who is Raihn's General in the main series, and how he meets his wife.

In the main series, we are only given the overview that Vale has a new "turned" wife and we are not really given any other information about Vale himself. This story is a fantastic look into Vale and into the extremely bright and strong woman who has singlehandedly decided to save her village.

It is short, but it is intriguing. Also, I really don't think that you need to have read any of the other books to get the most out of it. In fact, if you haven't yet read anything else, this might just pique your curiosity to delve into a bit more to see what else this world has to offer.

Loved seeing more of this world!

Great novella with some great information for the Crowns of Nyaxia series.

I loved Lilith and her nerdiness and her determination to get answers and solutions.

Vale was broody and I loved him opening up to Lilith and the letters.

Enjoyed seeing a new part of the world and seeing more gods.

Vale was written so well

This was a nice break from “the serpent and the wings of night” I enjoyed this more than the main series. Such a breath of fresh air from the same storylines in every book

Perfect

I just got done with a series and wanted a shorter, single romance story. This was perfect. The author does a wonderful job describing everything without making it too complex and the reader is spot on. 10/10
