Good Book

I enjoyed this book far more than the first one (not to say I didn’t like the first one because I did). This book was very informative and made you think about your life, how you can always do better, never fear getting help and how to deal with what’s going on in your life.

I just love Charlamagne!!!!

Charlemagne has done it again! To write a book about something most African Americans deal with but won't speak about just tells you so much about him! So many Gems! This guy is the bomb!

Good stuff

Again, this authors life story is truly interesting to say the least. What's truly amazing to me is how much of his story I can relate to. I feel like this story is written especially for me. For the things I have yet to experience, I love hearing the route that was taking so that if I get that cross road, I'd have something to relate it too.

Another Great Read

This is an amazing read the language is very colorful and unnecessary but great points are made. I'm very proud that he of transparencies and openly rawness.

I found the book to very informative. The book really broke down a lot of mental illness that some people may not know that they have. Charlemagne tha God really did an excellent job at telling the truth about his own story and that of the African American community.

This book is just what the black community needs and anyone who suffers from or know someone who has mental illness. Very simple and easy to understand and the stories make you want to keep going!
