This book is absolutely beautiful. The music is absolutely divine. I have listened to it over and over and never tire of the beauty.

Useful on so many levels!

I am new to exploring sound for healing and optimizing the human body. The authors do such an amazing job at explaining the fundamentals. Kimba in particular provides many exercises you can do while listening to the audio. She’s an incredible coach and leaves you wanting more! I hardly ever leave reviews but this is such a helpful resource for anyone starting to explore this topic.

Outstanding

If you enjoyed Andrew Weil's audiobook "The Master Key to Self Healing", then you will love this book. I wish that it had been much longer, as it left me wanting more by the end. That said, the content was very interesting and engaging and I'll be on the look-out for more titles along these lines.

Between this book & Don Campbell's you've got it covered. Worth listening to over and over. Well worth buying out of pocket.

I used to wake up more tired than when I went to bed. I also had trouble staying asleep. Now I listen to the music each night. I'm sleeping longer hours, and waking up refreshed
