The story:

Dan Abnett Strikes Again!

Without a doubt my favorite book of the series thus far. Johnathan Keeble is on the top of his game and really catches the nuances in the text that you could never get from reading alone. The second narrator playing the sister of silence does not disappoint and even goes as far to make me start to get choked up toward the end, I literally had to make sure no one else was around as to see me get misty eyed from a
40k novel. Top notch.

Terra stands!

Truly an epic plot. Abnet packed an amazing amount of plot points into this book. As a bonus I highly recommend reading the Little Horus short story before this because it adds context to the fight between Loken and Little Horus Aximand.

The best of the final 8 yet

Dan Abnett never fails to leave you feeling like you're standing next to, suffering, and celebrating with these characters. Incredible read.

other then the one major story flaw I really loved it. I dont want to spoil it, but anyone reading through HH will know what I'm talking about. getting annoyed with the lack of Sang fighting

This is Betrayer levels of good. Holy balls. So many juicy scenes. Can’t recommend enough.
