Try it, you'll like it!

Yes, there are some medical terms, but nothing to fear because I ordered this book because of the good reviews, and thanks to all who submitted them. I had an accident two years ago which resulted in a traumatic brain injury, and this book has helped me understand some of the workings of the brain and what types of foods help to increase fallen levels of certain vitamin deficiencies. The author includes matters of sleep, exercise, memory and mindfulness that are all informative and very helpful. It took me awhile to finish it, but that's just due to my struggle to comprehend information and thank you very much! I am happy to have found this wonderful and helpful book!

'Feeding' The Brain

This book provides a detailed account of what 'feeds' the brain. Tough slugging at some points, but well worth the listen.Helpful Hint: If you really want to 'learn' the content, try a few pages at a time and get your highlighter out. As an aside, I initially wanted to listen this book because it had the same primary title as my book, 'Rewire Your Brain: A Handbook for Stroke Survivors and Their Caregivers.' I was more than pleasantly surprised.

A Great Book

This book befitted me so much. In the past few months I was looking for a way to become better, but i felt there are barriers holding me back. Therefore, listening this book helped me to do the changes I need to do, gave me the knowledge combined with well to become better. I felt sad when I finished listening the book.

Great book. I highly recommend it

The exercises were very helpful! If you follow the guidelines in this book your anxiety has no choice but to go down. Recommended to me by a psychologist friend when I had a series of panic attacks. Definitely trying some of the things from the book.
