Started listening for a friend and found out so much of my own relationship to ocd and relationships in general. This is not a book just about relationships. It’s great for anyone who has any form of ocd because you might actually exhibit other ocd behaviors you don’t know! And this author has a great way of flowing the information that can help manage that!

This book was an absolute game-changer. I always struggled in relationships and let my anxiety ruin my fair share of partners. The techniques that I learned in this book helped me take a hold of my anxiety and start healing from my past obsessions and compulsions.

This book was extremely helpful. Even though you may identify not as having OCD, but just having anxiety. It does a great job of explaining common anxieties around relationships, their origins, and skills for moving forward. As a therapist, this is helpful for both myself and my clients.
