I love the author and reader! With one caveat…

The storyline was reused/duplicated between series for one book. It wasn’t identical, but if you listened to the other series first, there were no surprises. I still love the author and absolutely adore this reader, so I still enjoyed listening to the book, but I hope there won’t be duplicate stories in the future. It almost felt like a deadline was up, so let’s change the characters and a few names, a few edits to the storyline…and, submit. It is only one book, but…I hate when I know all the twists, turns, and language that come out of the bit players mouth.

Climate hoax story

too bad a talented author and excellent narrator were hijacked by the nonsense of anthropomorphic climate change. It went well past functioning as a plot device and was clearly and absolutely preaching. Did not finish, just could not stomach it.
