I love the story line

I haven’t found a book yet by Blake Banner that I disliked. I listen non-stop!! I feel like someone needs to turn these into a tv series!

Climate hoax story

too bad a talented author and excellent narrator were hijacked by the nonsense of anthropomorphic climate change. It went well past functioning as a plot device and was clearly and absolutely preaching. Did not finish, just could not stomach it.

Mixed bag

I am a huge fan of the dead cold series so I was happy that Blake and Adam had more series to enjoy. The first book was good, the second was ok but the third was almost a cut and paste from the other series with different names. So disappointing but then the fourth book was actually rather good. I will go ahead and buy the next segment and hope for the best.

Harry Bauer books are much better

Walker’s childhood friend, Marni, is the most annoying character and I do not know any man who would put up with such an ungrateful, ignorant woman!

I won’t be listening to or reading anymore books in this series. I wish audible would add the rest of the Harry Bauer series.

Repeat story..

If it were not for the pig scream, I would not have clued in quite as early. But book 3 is a repeat story from one of the dead cold books.

the narrator

the narrators voice makes it captivating and relatable. I will listen to all books narrated by him

great narrato

started rather but by the time reached book 4 made sense to me that's 15 words

Overwhelmingly political

Looking for a good story but overwhelmed by an environmental political overtone. It made the story preachy and awkward.

Did not like the main character

I usually like Blake Banner books and I love Adam Grupper’s voice(s) and talented narration. These books just weren’t my cup of tea. I did not like the main character or how “brutally” he killed people and consistently lied and said he wasn’t going to kill them then did.

Budo is what I know so it's refreshing to hear realism. So many authors spew made-up Hollywood BS. If you know you know I guess.
