The Banter had me WHEEZING!

Wheezing! See what I did there?!?!

I loved Clark and Eloise…aka Hotshot and Wheeze. Their chemistry was off the charts. The banter between the Chadwick family had me rolling!!!

Teddy and Charlotte narrated this perfecting. Their voices matched how I felt the characters would sound. I love the energy Teddy brings to the table. This was my first time listening to Charlotte North and I adored her!

Laura has yet another amazing small town romance under her belt! She’s one of my go to authors and she never disappoints!

My soul always feels lighter after reading/listening to a Laura Pavlov book! Dramatic? Maybe, but so freaking real! Laura writes some of my most favorite small towns, families, characters, book boyfriends & girlfriends. Reading her books, I just know she is just a GEM of a person. Her books feel like coming home. This one is book three of the Rosewood River series, but can be read as a complete standalone. We are following the hockey star of the Chadwick family, Clark who has just won the Stanley Cup & now has to recover from an injury. Which brings us to the daughter of the Coach, new physical therapist, Eloise who has been forced to follow Clark back to his home in Rosewood River. Let’s just say, she isn’t happy about it. She is fully convinced that Clark is just like every other big shot hockey player, spoiled and entailed. But once they start training together, and she gets to know the town and his family, she finds out that she was so wrong. Tension builds as they train together, and when the heat rises and they strip down to jump in the river, it snaps. The problem is, there is this pesky no fraternization clause in their contracts. But, you can’t help who you fall in love with.

Laura does it again with this amazing book! She makes you laugh, cry and swoon over these characters.

So many amazing tropes - forbidden romance, small town, hockey and found family.

I adore Eloise…she is feisty, determined and sassy!!! She’s very good at what she does and that’s why she was asked to come and rehab Clark.

Clark is a hockey player who is injured and having to take a break. This is challenging for him but even more challenging when he finds out who is physical therapist is.

Their banter and chemistry is fabulous!

Charolette North and Teddy Hamilton deliver a fabulous performance. Their voices are magical and give the characters perfect personality, voice and emotion. I love how narrators create a whole new experience to enjoying an authors words.

Clark Chadwick’s story and it was a fabulous addition to the Rosewood River series.

Over The Moon was an entertaining ,well written and emotional read. I love stories set in small towns such as Rosewood River and seeing some familiar characters just takes this book to another level.

As his coach’s daughter Eloise should definitely be off limits but sometimes the heart wants who the heart wants regardless of the consequences.

In Rosewood River to help Clark recover from his injury during his teams recent Stanley Cup win, the sparks ignite between them. The banter was witty and the chemistry between them was palpable.

The narration by Teddy Hamilton and Charlotte North was spot on. They did a fantastic job with their narration; bringing the characters and story to life for me. Not only are their voices easy to listen to but they brought the emotion, passion , drama, humour and romance to their performances.

I laughed a lot. I cried a bit, too. This is now my favorite book in Laura's Rosewood River series!

Clark Chadwick. The professional hockey player from Rosewood River. He's riding a high after scoring the game winning goal for his team to take home the Stanley Cup. The bad news, he got hurt in the process. He heads back to his small town to recover during the off-season, but his life is made so much more complicated when Eloise Gable, the new team PT, gets sent after him to make sure he recovers in time for the new season. Oh, and did I mention she's the coach's daughter, too? She despises his laid-back approach to rehab, and they are at each other's throats... until they aren't.

Coach's daughter is 100% off-limits. Clark knows that. And Eloise cannot risk her new career for a man. Especially when everyone thinks she got her job just because of her dad. Right?

This is a fun, sassy forbidden romance, where trust has to be earned, and the main characters have to decide if it's actually worth the risk to even try. I laughed a lot. I cried a bit, too. This is now my favorite book in Laura Pavlov's Rosewood River series. And Charlotte North and Teddy Hamilton were fantastic as narrators for the audiobook. I highly recommend picking it up for your next read!
