Nourishing Story and meditations

This audio book nourished my soul and help me on my path through difficulties with relationships.

It gave me such a sense of peace to get in touch with the broader heart essence…. Heart presence… even though I was very active while listening. I’ve listen twice, but now need to really to stop what I’m doing listen fully to get the full benefit.

Lots on hands on mediation exercises!

I was not expecting so many meditation excises but they were very helpful and insightful- would recommend to anyone looking to spend a few concentrated hours on themselves and their inner pain.

Not exactly an audiobook

The author is doing some sort of retreat and recorded herself and turned it into a "book" of sorts. It just felt a little bit off to me.
