Jess doesn’t hold any punches which is exactly what helped me feel like she was being real with me and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. It was a great step by step on how to take my business from barely staying afloat to getting me to the point where I felt like I had a plan and knew what to do next. Clarity around a better approach to real estate

I’m not even in real estate, however I took away a lot a lot good things from this book and the author. Her approach to marketing is refreshing and intentional. It’s easy to see how she became successful.

The blueprint, steps to take, case studies! Definitely motivating and a different approach than most agents think of.

Not much, but I would say this is slightly more geared for teams or already producing agents, not brand new agents. But many of the ideas can still apply, especially to forward thinking agents!

A must read fir any agent - starting out or scaling.

I am so inspired by the transparency and clarity of this book. It is generous in terms of content and for those agents wanting to serve their clients and teams well, this is awesome. This book will inspire leadership values in real estate from a 2022 lens. Excellent read (or listen, as it were).

This gives the you insight that you’ll need to really see the bigger picture of what your career can become. It’s more than just selling houses, and you can be successful while still having control over your da to day life.

Annoying voice of author!!!

The “Millenial voice” that this author has is like nails on the chalkboard to me. They should have hired a voice actor rather than force listeners to hear this woman’s shrill voice with lots of upswings.
