Mindfulness and healthy weight go hand in hand
When I started browsing this audible I weighed and felt desperate about ever getting to a healthy weight. As a person who is obese, I struggle with the suffering brought on by my past lifestyle choices daily. A good friend suggested I showed this audible after I had an open and frank conversation with them about my hopelessness and my doubts that I would die young because of my weight problems.

Directed toward only those who are overweight.
I'm glad I didn't pay much to listen audibly he seems to be only directed at approaching those who are overweight, not just trying to get healthy in general. Very basic impulse systems. Not disastrous, but not great.
