A well wrapped gift

I enjoyed this book in the series very much. A great balance of action, romance, and thrill. The characters and world setting developed significantly as well which paced alongside nicely with the story. Thrilled for the next book!

A Fantastic Follow Up to Book 1

"A Testament of Steele", book one in this series, was one of those for me that was really difficult to put down. This second book continued in entertainment where the first left off. But I'm guessing everyone who read the first book will purchase this one without anyone's input, and they won't be sorry.

Love it, and I'm picky as hell

I normally look for gritty and dark, but damn this series has been so good! I believe the third book is coming out soon but the audiobook will be much further behind, it says a lot that I plan on reading the text and don't have the patience to wait for the aduio to come out. I've listened to books for years so this will be the first I've read in many more years!
