Fun continuation of the story

I hoped it would get to the next year faster, but overall it was a fun story, you’ll probably like it if you liked the last two

another banger

gotta say, I really love these books. I was expecting a bit more progression, but I really loved pretty much every moment of this book.

good continuation of the story

this book is a good slow burn that keeps the pace of the previous books while also solving a couple plot hooks and adding a couple more to get the listener really engaged. I recommend listening to this book when ever you have some free time.

this series just keeps getting better!

personally I love this series it's long but not drawn out. and has a plot that will have you on the edge of you worried one moment and laughing historically the next. Finally coming of no surprise to anyone who has listened to Travis Baldree the narration was absolutely amazing.

Not just filler

I've read a lot of the reviews on this and they keep on saying it's filler. But in my opinion this is the pivocal power progression needed in the series for what's going to be coming next.

Enterprising for unexpected reasons

Something that always set me on edge/ upsets me/ gets under my skin about people in real life and in stories, is stupidity and or little to no growth. Thankfully this fun cast of characters and continuation of strangeness of what I would like to call Magical Academia. Just leaves me with warmth and content feeling. So much though is put into the feelings and thoughts of the characters. Which just give me other ways to think about stress or anything really.
I've fallen in love with everything that this story has to offer. Reading it quickly I've already started to relisten to this wonderful story. And look forward to the continuation. Just to inform those that haven't decided to continue this series or haven't started. Good read, if you like wholesome slice of life, with a bit of combat. This isn't really an epic on a planet scale as of right now. Though it's just a great world that has some interesting flexibility for giving a really thoughtful approached to life. Even if you're not entertained. This series has its similarities to the book that should not be named, but rhymes With Harry otter. by the way I prefer this series way more. Although its somewhat insulting to compare series... Well books so I'll leave it there.

Another incredible book!

The sheer level of creativity this author has is astounding. Every battle is unique, the strategy is complex and well thought out, and the enemies are high key intimidating lol. The fact that this author KEEPS coming up with more and more is crazy, and every twist and turn is just as engaging if not more than the ones before. I'd love to see a TV show made of this eventually, though they'd have to be very careful to do (spoilers below)...





Claygon and Theresa justice. I'd be super mad if the producers ruined it like they did for the Shadow and Bone series on Netflix. God, that was a travesty. But if it was done well, I think I'd cry from sheer happiness lol. Please keep writing!! Also, the breaking of the 4th wall was super funny

love the story so far would like to see more of the heroes and perhaps a prequel of his parents.
