I love how Kendra shares so many inspiring stories of people who have gone through difficult challenges and have come through them stronger, because of the methods Kendra prescribes. The methods she shares can help to change our outlook during the not-so-great parts of our lives so that they become joyful.

I can’t say enough good things about this helpful book! The author/ narrator lays out her strategies in the clearest of terms. Her mindfulness practices are simple, straightforward, and ideal for handling the stresses of daily life. The author’s reading style is calming, and her voice is soothing. This book was full of helpful tips, and it was as if Ms Crompton was joining me on my nature walks as I listened. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
