You don't realize it's working.
I have been listening to this on and off for months and I have noticed a big difference. Since this is the only thing I'm doing to learn Spanish, it takes time, but it is worth the effort.
I as well suffer from insomnia, which is why I decided to try meditative sleep hypnosis. I haven't had any issues sleeping since I started.
Just remember to keep up with it and not expect an over night miracle after one use.
