Not very good
All three books are extremely remedial, simply reviewing the overall concepts of the titles without any real material to cover. Many chapters are completely wasted just reiterating how great the books are and how valuable the information will be, and what you can expect to cover. The reality is that after listening to all three audio books this would barely even serve as a good bassline for an absolute beginner in leadership, motivation, and team building. I am left feeling like I have flipped through a book simply reading the titles and a few bullet points, without ever reading/listening to the actual material to be covered. Not very good.

Not So Good
This author seems to be pushing all his other books nonstop. I didn’t pay fir a book to have you sell me more books. If you are looking for a how to sell more books then get this. Not motivating at all.
