Enjoyed

Enjoyed this one. I’m going to read the next one in the series next. Struggled with the narrator a little bit as the voice was the same throughout. It just made me have to rewind and pay attention more.

A solid thriller with a well executed reveal.

Killer Motives keeps the tension steady and the story moving at a strong pace. The plot is engaging, the investigation unfolds smoothly, and the clues are layered in a way that keeps you paying attention. The standout element for me was the twist surrounding the killer’s identity, which was handled cleverly and felt satisfying. While not overly intense, it is a strong and enjoyable read that earns a solid four stars.

Hoping for a sequel

Very entertaining and well-narrated book. I am hoping for a sequel! I highly recommend the book and the narrator.

Riveting, Surprising, Emotional and Fantastic!

Victoria has suspicions … so she sets about gathering a bit of evidence for the fight that’s sure to come … never once suspecting that the REAL fight … might be for her life! So many suspects with “Killer Motives”! I had several theories about what really might have happened. I think I’ll keep my day job! Suffice to say, I was wrong. Our author has spun together fully developed characters that span the full spectrum of likability, brilliantly believable dialogue and scenes resonating authenticity to perfectly move this story toward a stunning, surprising crescendo! The first thing I did when I finished “Killer Motives” was to seek out book two! THIS story was just that good! Five stars!

Masterful Thriller

Relentless twists and turns keep the reader focused and reading. Great writing and suspense. Who killed her husband’s paramour? And why? The pursuit of facts leads Victoria into a reality she would like to avoid. Great detective team.
