Too much was happening to be so short

I enjoyed the book but with all the different characters and things going on ( sex trafficking, kidnapping, FBI, Local Police,,.
I needed more.. You just can't throw Stories like this together. I love writing but not enough. It was like your guy got off but left you hanging.

Fantastic!!

This story is well written and narrated! The story has mystery, suspense, intrigue, and romance. The storyline in about human trafficking and escape from the life by new identities for a mom who disappeared with her daughter to protect her. This is a fantastic story.
The narrator’s do an excellent job with the characters and the voices of each character making it easy to distinguish between the characters. They put just the right amount of emotion to make the you feel what the characters are feeling. I definitely recommend this audiobook!!

Love the Operation Alpha nuggets!

This addition to Susan Stoker's Operation Alpha world just shows how good the series is! Julia Bright gives us this nugget of romantic suspense written in such a way that we can be both involved in the horror of the situation, and find solace and love. Oswin is a hairdresser, and cuts Aiden's hair. He has taken a shine to her, but is too shy to ask her out. When she and her mother go missing, he does whatever it takes to find them both and keep them safe. This is a short story, but it's action packed, taking on the cruelty of human trafficking. It's not for the weak of heart, but the love that blossoms between Aiden and Oswin helps soften the story and warm the heart. It's a fun and exciting listen.

Both Andrew Joseph Perez and Amy Deuchler are new to me narrators and I truly enjoyed their performances. Perez gave us Aiden, with a strength to do what he needed but also an innocence to him. He is so sweet, and Perez found the perfect balance. Deuchler has a richness to her voice that I love, and you can tell she chose Oswin's personality with care. She is a feisty woman, but you could hear the fear and feel the love with her nuances. This is a great duo for this story.

Aiden & Oswin

Oswin has been cutting Aiden's hair for some time. He has wanted to ask her out for awhile but is afraid of being rejected. Not able to reach her mother, Oswin becomes concerned and rushes home to the beginning of her nightmare. Convincing Oswin to give him her number, Aiden reaches out to find out if everything is ok with her mother but when she doesn't answer, he goes to her home to check things out only to stumble upon a crime scene. Being an FBI Agent, he reaches out to his other law enforcement friends and the search begins to find both Oswin and her mother. What she is located, the hunt is on to find her kidnappers and to stop a human trafficking's ring.

Narrators did a good job.

A hairstylist, sex trafficking and an FBI guy...

This is a quickie...hairstylist Oswin has eyes for her hot, FBI agent/client, Aiden...likewise for Aiden. Just as Aiden decides to make a move, Oswin’s secret past comes calling. It’s up to Aiden and his team to save Oswin and her mother frkm a ruthless sex trafficking team. Sweet HEA. Enjoyable performance by the narration team.

Entertaining!

This is the third book in the Series. The story has mystery, suspense, and action. Oswin and Aiden’s story is breathtaking. They are great characters. Human traffiking, and salvery are two hard subject to write about it. Amy Deuchler and Andrew Joseph Perez did an outstanding job with the narration.

Wow. Kudos to Julia Bright!

Sensitively written and beautifully narrated, Justice for Oswin manages to walk a very fine line and be both a successful romance and a deeply is a disturbing glimpse into the all too real world of human trafficking. Gritty, bitting, and fast paced, I was fascinated, and at times completely horrified, by what I am sure is the truth behind the fiction. This is not a story to be taken lightly and it will stay with me a very long time.

Stand alone story

This is the first book I've listened to by Julia Bright. It caught my attention because some of the characters overlap with a Susan Stoker series. There are definitely some triggers starting with the first couple chapters (also described in the book description), like human trafficking, kidnapping, bullying, etc.

The narrators were both new to me. Andrew Joseph Perez and Amy Deuchler both did a great job with their performances, and I would listen to both again.

I received a copy of this audiobook at my request, and the opinions here are my own.

Scary good

I like the story. Just when you think she’s safe boom, something else happens. I like that you don’t know for sure what’s going to happen.
Good story.
