Great book with helpful tips
This book is perfect to compare your routine and see if you are covering what you need to know. I like the balance approach and how the author keeps it real. This book would also be beneficial for personal trainers, as the author talks about his interactions with his clients.

Find what works for you…
I finished this book in 2 days. Wow. I have gained an entirely new perspective on the behind the scenes prep and dedication that goes into the training, nutrition and mindset of these actors. I also gained various new insights on everyday training, nutrition & mindset. As someone who works in the health and fitness field, it was refreshing to hear his open approach and not a “one plan fits” for everyone plan. I will take aspects from this book for my own life as well as supporting the people around me. Thank you, Simon for this amazing book! Big fan!!!

This was an outlandish resume. Give me a dime for every time he mentions his accolades or actor’s names and I can get my money wasted on this audio. Total British Blowhard.
