Instant pot is one of the most perfect book
Instant pot is one of the most used appliances in my house, and this cookbook by Alie Newman became a perfect complement to the collection of cookbooks we already have. Since I almost didn’t buy it because of the negative reviews, I have to say, don’t let anyone influence your opinion and check it out for yourself. I’ve been cooking form this book ever since I got it, and the diversity of the original ideas on these pages is astonishing. Well done!

good recipes
Super cookbook! The recipes are easy and truly quick. I have been making them for my family with 6 kids, and they all CLEAN their plates and want more! They get super excited if they know that I am making a recipe out of here for dinner that night! The only thing I wish it had was some sample menus, or ideas of what to pair each recipe with, as I am new to the Mediterranean diet and am not really sure how to make a healthy menu for it. Other than that it is great! So far we have liked every recipe that I have tried!
