Good knowledge for land buyers

This book helped me with where to start and how to get started . The audible book was precise and helped me out .

Good short read on buying land

G short read if you were looking into buying land for hunting, camping, maybe building a cabin on that property, or farmland. doesn't go so much into if you're going to build property on that land. I think other books would be better suited for that. But if you were looking for land to enjoy outdoor activity or farming this book is a good read.

Not Equally Written

Considering that each chapter was written by a different author, you can clearly see the difference in the quality of information provided from chapter to chapter.

As a three-time residential investment home buyer--as well as an avid hunter, fisherman, and forester--I have a longstanding interest in purchasing land for investment and enjoyment. However, as a scientist accustomed to the highest-quality information before making any decision. This book gave me the background I wanted to understand the factors governing land-purchase decisions. I'm looking forward to making good, confident decisions.
