Isabelle's voice fit the Blaire character.
And for me ,She was pleasant to listen to.,and she brought her character to life. Well Done Isabelle 👏 .👍👍

Noah's Voice was also perfect for his Charictor. It was Deep, low , and Dangerously comforting. Really Well Done Noah.👏👍👍.

Ok Now on to the Story ...

I really liked This story because it to me was unique more Gritty or Raw, Closer to what A truth type scenario might be like in the real world.

You have Mafia Stories out there and most are Romanticized which is what we are all looking for, And there was that too in this book but it had a REAL type feel to it .

I dunno how to explain it exactly, but Maybe more Movie like than book feel.

The Story goes ,
Nico was born into a Bratva and Raised by a monster to lead the Bratva. He had Rules he had to follow, and behave a certain way .

Blaire Goes to a Work Convention in Vegas, and was drugged and didn't know it and Litery falls in to Nicos Lap.

They Have a Vegas Marriage,
And The Story goes from there . And What a Story !! 😊

I really Liked How the Story Just seemed to Flow , and The Author Tied all the Loose Ends up in the epilog. Which then Gave the Story a Complete Feel.

The Intamate scenes were Pretty Mild which I myself prefer.

Another Thing I REALLY REALLY LIKED ABOUT THIS BOOK, THERE WERE NOOOOO CRAZY EX'S TO DEAL WITH !! 👏👏👏👏👏

There was one Pretty Big Twist at the end , I didn't see coming , which makes Everything Make Sense, 😉

On a side note Somethig I like to add to l my review is a Charictors lDescription.

Because, I tend to look for that in Other Reviews because it helps me identify with tje Charictors.

Blaire has Blonde hair and Light Green Eyes .

Rico Has Black Hair and And Eyes so dark they appear Black.

I really Enjoyed this book for many reasons.

I Would Most Definitely Recommend this book.

It's Not your saught after type Romance Bratva story. Let's Just say it goes just a bit deeper, with all the romance feels to it .

⚠️ Warning the book is full of Triggers⚠️ I do enjoy the way Shandi Boyes writes a story and gets you all worked up in all the right ways. With that being said…I don’t like when it gets a bit repetitive(in my opinion)if you’re not paying attention that’s your own fault, it’s not the authors job to repeat it back to you! It definitely needed more smexy times👄 the narration was okay it could’ve been better that’s the only reason it didn’t get a perfect rating. Thank goodness this dark mafia romance is a standalone book that ends with an HEA.❣️ You’re probably wondering is it worth the credit? Oh Yes Kitten💋it’s so worth it!

Fantastic book made better on audio

The narrators Isabelle Turner and Noah B. Perez did a great job of bringing Rico and Blaire to life. Shandi has a way of painting incredible pictures in her books…”She is my light in a world full of blackness”. Fantastic book/ audio. Fantastic author!

I’m not easy to surprise

It’s not easy to surprise me and it happened a couple of times in this book. Worth the credit for sure. I will definitely listen to it again.
