Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter were absolutely fabulous together!

Jason played Savio so well that I could hear the angst in his voice. Stella brought Andrea to life! These two brought the chemistry as real as possible!

Broken is one stellar audiobook!
I could not put this one down. The story was incredibly engaging, with its twists and turns.
But the duet narration by Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter just draws the whole story full circle.

What A Ride!

Broken absolutely floored me. This forbidden dark romance between a priest, who also happens to be a serial unaliver and the woman who stalks him is intense, gripping, and unlike anything I expected. I went in blind, but nothing could have prepared me for the emotional depth and the rollercoaster of a journey that this story took me on. It gets dark fast, but amid all the darkness, two deeply damaged people manage to save each other. Watching how far they'll go in search of salvation is both thrilling and haunting.

Savio is a broken man, going through the motions while still doing his best to right injustices. All the while, his tortured soul grants him little respite. As lost as Salvio is, Andrea is unwavering in her purpose and destiny. She’s tracked Savio for years and, after a long illness, knows it’s time to save him from the darkness he’s trapped in. Their relationship is unconventional, but somehow works. These two truly are twin flames.

The narration by Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter is phenomenal! I was sent an Advanced Listener Copy and all I can say is Wow! Their performances were absolutely unbelievable. I think this may be one Jason’s most powerful performances ever. The way he voiced Savio’s emotional turmoil and passion absolutely wrecked me. Stella Hunter likewise embodied Andrea’s kindness, love and determination to protect and save Savio. Both narrators delivered the intensity and depth needed to brilliantly bring these characters to life.

Broken is more than a romance between morally grey characters. It’s about faith, religion and the trappings of humanity. It’s about two people unwavering in their faith and convictions who discover another way to peace and the divine. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and highly recommend it. 5 stars all the way!

Heartbreakingly Beautiful

I was sent an Advanced Listener Copy. & Father Martin's story is heartbreakingly beautiful. They both have very painful pasts that draws them together. The way the story is so well written; and the Narrator's narration truly make you feel as though you are living the story alongside them!!

Audio is better than the book!

The book was good but holy father, Jason Clarke brings this story to a completely new level. Keep an open mind when going into this story, it’s different but so good!
