Terrible! What a waste of a credit!
First of all, it’s only 20 min. But most importantly, the affirmations actually state things that you don’t want to manifest!! Totally not in alignment with law of attraction, and definitely not HypnoBirthing affirmations!! Don’t listen if you want to have a birth of your dreams!
