I wish she would have went into more detail about experiences but it was very informative as far as getting the main points of bipolar. this is a great book to give to loved ones so they can understand your condition. it's a shirt "read" and hid all the main points.

The How to Survive series:
This book may be short, but it’s informative and well written. The author is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject and comes across as very empathetic.
Holly Holt’s narration was very well done.

How to survive series
I live with mental illness. This series did a great job of helping me understand different mental illnesses, and how to cope with them. These books weren’t too intellectual, meaning they didn’t get super technical, and spoke in a way that I could understand.
