The How to Survive series:

An informative high level look at PTSD. Stephanie Anne Allen is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject and comes across as very empathetic.

The narration by Holly Holt was very well done.

This book rocks

This book has a lot of helpful information, and a positive message of hope and healing. one again phenomenal narration. Such a soothing, calming voice. This will be a go to book when I need a positive reminder.

How to survive series

I live with mental illness. This series did a great job of helping me understand different mental illnesses, and how to cope with them. These books weren’t too intellectual, meaning they didn’t get super technical, and spoke in a way that I could understand.
