I enjoyed the pleasant talk by the founder of big quiet. I found his voice calming. And I draw I’d listening to it. I can’t wait to try the other talks and meditation by big quiet. Thank you very much

The audoibook is short but really informative. It's a good way to gain basic knowledge about nervous system and how the meditatin helps the body and the mind to calm down.
The narrator is good. He explains everything very well.

Though this a very short audio book, Jesse Israel explained very well how helpful meditation is for stress relieving. Didn't know some of the stuff he mentioned in this audio book and happy to know it now. Overall, very informative and I am inspired to practice meditation.

This was very helpful... for younger and older people alike... you may encounter stressful situations on a daily bases and not even think you are... mediate and learn to relax.
