Cute love story!

This one was so cute! Low angst, all the green flags for the MMC. He’s roommates and teammates with her best friend’s boyfriend so they’re always around each other, and both secretly harboring feelings for the other.

I loved the way they came together for one night in the beginning but she freaks out and pushes him away. But fate had other plans. Sometimes people just need a little nudge to see what’s right in front of them.

He did all the right things, showed up in all the ways that mattered, and was really listened to her. He’s definitely had golden retriever energy!

The narrators were fantastic! Savannah Peachwood and Teddy Hamilton were perfectly cast for these characters. Stellar performances!

A Home Run indeed!

When I say this audiobook had me from the very beginning I say that with my whole chest. Tanner & Millie were fantastic! Teddy Hamilton and Savannah Peachwood brought these characters and their story to life in such an emotional, yet fun and witty way that I felt like I was listening to a story about two of my friends falling in love.

Tanner was such a lover boy for Mille, and boy was he ever a goner from the moment he laid eyes on her. Millie really tolerated him at best, but he was determined to get the girl and was not a man willing to settle for a future without her in it. When one "get it out of our system" leads to two pink lines, Millie has no choice but to accept he's going to be a part of her life. Tanner went ALL THE WAY IN from day one and I absolutely adored the way he cared for her and nurtured their relationship outside of their little surprise.

Home Run was a bases loaded, bottom of the ninth home run for me and an instant listen to the rest of the series. I am so invested in this found family of the NY Lions, and I just have to enjoy the rest of the couples stories in audio.

The excellent narration by Teddy Hamilton and Savannah Peachwood brings these characters and their emotions to life. The narrators do a fantastic job of portraying Tanner's adorable obsession and Millie's evolving feelings, making this a truly memorable listen.

Accidental Pregnancy Baseball Edition

This was a cute accidental pregnancy read. Tanner has liked Millie since day one but Millie was not so sure Tanner took anything seriously until she fell pregnant and suddenly he’s there every minute doing anything he can to show her how serious he is about her and the baby.
It was a cute story and got super heartfelt. Millie is only 21 and struggles with the idea of what to do when she finds herself pregnant by a professional baseball player who she swore she hate. It was done very well and I loved it!
Also Teddy Hamilton did the audiobook and he always does an amazing job! He’s so good at being goofy but serious too. Savannah Peachwood did an excellent job with Millie as well! They both brought the story to life and I now need to go and read the others!

So Fun!

This was my first LuLu Moore book and I devoured it! I loved Millie and Tanner’s story and enjoyed meeting the secondary characters. This is part of a series but can be read as a standalone.

Millie finds herself pregnant after a hookup with MLB Lions baseball player, Tanner. Determined to navigate these waters together, this story was full of sweet moments. Low angst. Mild spice.

Tanner is the ultimate Golden Retriever. He dotes on Millie and I just loved seeing that.

I listened to this on audio and it was great. Savannah Peachwood and Teddy Hamiliton bring this story to life. They both truly know how to capture attention and build out the characters and stories they narrate.

If you enjoy accidental pregnancy, you should definitely check this one out.

Home Run is a perfect mix of sports romance and accidental pregnancy, with a hero who falls first and hard. Even though it’s Book 5 in the series, it works great as a standalone—I was never confused, and now I want to read the rest!

Tanner Simpson is a pro baseball player who’s been trying to win over Millie Robinson from the moment he laid eyes on her. She finds him annoying... annoyingly attractive, that is. Sparks fly between them and one unforgettable night leaves them with a baby on the way. Tanner already knows Millie is the one—now he just has to convince her to take a real chance on them.

The narration absolutely elevates this story. Teddy Hamilton and Savanna Peachwood are phenomenal. Teddy brings Tanner to life with charm, heart and heat, while Savanna perfectly captures Millie’s emotional journey. Their chemistry is off the charts.

Home Run delivers a great story with a satisfying HEA, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The story touched my heart in more ways than one. Five stars all the way!

But since The afternoon he had spent with Milli, who has let negative thoughts got between the moment they shared, Tanner and Millie Robinson have definitely connected for life.
Besides himself only his twin Holiday had known what happened and gave him advice on how to deal with Milli reactions and his feelings for her. So when she called he knew his feelings for Milli is stronger than before, even when she claim to not like him.
But this guy.. is more determined than ever to fight for her getting to same place he is.

No stranger to grief, she became distraught when her mom wanted to get rid of her dad stuff, but Tanner.. this guy.. the Guy She Hated ever since they met..he was so understanding and caring that it lead to more that afternoon when things got really heavy.
Then she went and said awful things to the guy she clearly doesn’t know, or she would never have said anything so awful to him after what they had shared.
But when the unexpected happened this guy..Tanner didn’t even flinch as he pledged his support in full force in what was to become their new norm.

Savannah Peachwood and Teddy Hamilton absolutely did a banging job with their dual narration. Savannah captured Millie's mix of vulnerability and perfectly, while Teddy embodied Tanner's characteristics of witty charm, and steely determination with ease. Their combination blended beautifully, bringing out the banter, chemistry, and emotional tension in a way that made the story even more compelling, meanwhile distinctly voicing the side characters in a way which made the whole listening experience engaging, vibrant and deeply entertaining.

The story was witty, banter filled, laugh out loud funny,and not just between the main characters but also between Tanner teammates and family who were all very close. It was absolute sweet shenanigans in the best way possible.

Yup..the MLB teammates to the families added heart and humor that I adore along with
the emotional balance of grief, love, sheer determination, laughter, and healing all intertwined seamlessly making this story Lulu Moore concocted a fantastic book!

Definitely 💯 recommend listening to this one!

This whole series was a fun ride. The playful banter and antics between the teammates made for an ideal found family. I loved the interconnectedness of this series. While each could be read as a standalone, you really don’t want to miss any of their stories. Just when I would think I found a favorite, a new teammate would enter the picture and I would have to rethink what I knew.

Tanner has been trying to get Millie’s attention for so long and she continues to push him away. But he finally gets the girl. The interactions of Tanner’s family and Millie’s family were so much fun.
