Lori Jean simplifies attachment theory and comes from a non shaming place around trauma and triggers and how we can identity when those things show up in our lives. The steps she lays out on how to heal from it gives the reader so much hope! She is clearly a world class clinician and the work done The Glass House through the Pivot Process seems revolutionary. I cannot wait to go there and do the intense work with her!
