This is an audiobook for the person who is hungry for an answer. I know that feeling. That "feeling" stops us from executing one or more steps to make our lives better. I couldn't overcome that feeling either. None of the books showed me or explained where that feeling comes from, why we all get it, and how to overcome it. Without that information, I couldn't execute all of their wonderful suggestions. This audiobook bridges the gap.

One of the best relationship books I've read
This book is not just for love addicts and avoidants. We can all learn something from the cycles outlined in this book. It is perfect for somebody wanting extra extra growth from codependence codependence or unhealthy relationship habits.

This is a fabulous book. Way ahead of its time. Seems to form the pioneering foundation work for all of the anxious and avoidant adult attachment work and books that are current, such as Attached and Us. Offers some great practical and cognitive behavioral tools. As well as a completely new paradigm.
