Revolutionary book for ALL ages!

I’m a college senior who is a huge fan of Elizabeth and Robbie, but I also was a child with severe anxiety and depression. If I would have had this book as a child, I would have felt so much more normal and comfortable with my feelings and emotions. Listening to this book reminded me that I can still use these tactics as an adult, and help the kids that I nanny for feel better than I did as a child.

Lizzie and Robby are amazing in this book Lizzie making the character voices is so cute I love this book and for sure will be getting the others when they come out !

this is so easy to get for a 4-6 y ears old kid... i love the voices and acting. love the authors too

My personal opinion

Listening to the story brought back some childhood memories, that looking back at it now when I was a kid I didn’t know what I was feeling or how to deal with it and I had thought it was just something only I felt and me alone. But obviously now that I’m grown up I now know what it was that I was feeling. So what I LOVE about this book is that it identifies when one is feeling anxious and how to work through the anxiety in a simple and helpful way for kids (or adults as well). Makes me wish I had something like this growing up, because then I’d probably be better at working through my anxiety.
P.S.- I’d also just like to applaud Elizabeth and Robbie on the this project and hope to see more. :)

Absolute PERFECTION

Oh my god! This was a blast to listen to! Buying a signed copy and the audiobook was a great decision. My brother and I listened to it and it both really helped us! Even I, who's already an upcoming 8th grader, lmao. My brother and I were always anxious when it comes to the first days of school since then, and this really helped us- since school is coming a bit close. I'm glad that my brother got to listen to this absolute masterpiece, and I wish this existed back when I was in elementary. We're looking forward to the sequel and are very hyped up about it! Everything in this book is just perfection. My brother said that your voices were very calming. This is so amazing, and I'm glad that this book will help other young kids! This isn't 5 starts- this is 10000000 starts.

Make another please

It was amazing lol I know I'm not a child but it was interesting and literally calmed me down to the point my mind could relax so that I could sleep. at night my mind is so active so hearing the story and their wonderful voices really help but I'm a lip biased because I am a huge fan of Elizabeth Olsen. I can't wait to have children of my own because I will be reading this book to them. I don't have the book in hand yet but when I do ill be making another review

For kids AND parents

I was reminded of Mister Rogers's mission to teach kids how to work through their feelings. This story focuses on anxiety specifically, and I bet you a dollar that the adults reading this to their children get helpful information from it, as well. Or just enjoy the audiobook. Olsen is a whiz at the voices.
