There is a great deal with this book

This book's meditation has helped me find my balance and open my soul back up to love life again. This is a great book if you want to understand Overthinking.

This is good

The meditations are relaxing, with good thoughts presented. Yes only a short one was free. I purchased another one and it was longer and more detailed. I think it was worth the price.

For beginners, this is great.

For beginners, this is great. And I absolutely love the stress-free,The overly LOUD, discordant, 'THIS IS AUDIBLE" inserted at the end is really awful, particularly if you're using this at night, before sleeping, it startles you awake.

Must have for beginners

Great if you've tried meditation a thousand times and always found it frustrating. I like how this breaks meditation down into easy, clear steps. It made starting meditation less intimidating for me!

I enjoyed this guided meditation.

I have become realized well from this book
