Loved it. Listened several times.
It was a perfect amount of detail to provide context and understanding that accentuated the usefulness of the tips. More than just a list, and you didn't have to wade through useless information to get to the meat. I have listened to it several times.

Really helpful tips for postpartum
I am a new mother and have been struggling with focus and concentration since I became pregnant. To a lesser degree I have always struggled with concentration. This has led to anxiety and inability to get important tasks done like meeting deadlines. These techniques are accessible, easy to understand and implement right away. I don't usually like self help books but this one offers a simple recipe that I can get behind and stick to without overhauling my entire life.
