Could not put it down

If you could sum up Fatal Vows in three words, what would they be?

What a sociopath. This guy was unbelievable. The balls on him! Makes me wonder what kind of childhood he had. He is sick.

Fascinating Story but same info given over & over.

I did struggle to finish and it seemed to reveal nothing new. It was very repetitive of the same info throughout. Narrator was OK, not the greatest. Very interesting story though. Thank you.

Pretty good

Interesting story. The author is preoccupied with Greta Van Susteren. It was a little dry, but overall, I learned a lot about how narcissistic Peterson is

Drew Peterson wife killer~ better than expected~

plot: Drew Peterson Police Sgt has the skills to intimidate and even kill his 2 wives.

Drew Peterson in this book is a very charming and funny man but he also has psychopathic behaviors. He is married 3 times. Wife #2 mysteriously is found in a dry bathtub dead from a fall. Wife #3 *disappears* mysteriously and he claims has run away with another man but left her children. Too many loose ends and sudden disappearances of a blue barrel from the garage the day Stacy comes up missing lead to suspicions of murder. Police exhume the body of Wife #2 and find it was murder. Drew becomes the prime suspect for the murder of one wife and the suspect in wife #3. This is very good it goes over his back ground his mistakes and his clever ploys to intimidate and bully all his wives and girlfriends into doing what he wants. Better than expected. I give it 4 stars for reality based story of how they finally caught and convicted the clever killer Drew Peterson. While in the federal Prison in Terre Haute Indiana he planned to have a contract murder of two people ...including the DA who helped convicted him. He second trial pretty much guarantees he will spend the rest of his life in prison.

I found the narrator monotone to the point that my mind continually wondered off. As others have reviewed before me - repetitive subject matter. Difficult to follow at times even though this book is a decade old and I know the full story. Some new information. Entertaining enough.

It is a pretty basic account. No new insights. Needs to be updated with new information.

Out of date by 10 yrs.

This is very out of date. Drew Peterson was indeed charged with murder. This is worst book. Goes all over the place, and hasn’t been updated to include his trial. Absolutely useless book. Wasted time and money!
