Boring, peaceful, perfect to fall asleep to. Just too short….something for the middle of the night..

.... this cooking technique book is pretty danged interesting, especially when played at 1.65 x speed.

Just What the Doctor Ordered.

Did exactly what it was supposed to. Well, actually, the first time I tried to stay awake to learn about consommé but I was soon lulled to sleep. I often listen to an audiobook I've heard before to help me sleep but this is even better. Curtis' soothing voice reading recipes is sure to knock you out. Brilliant idea.

to be fair didn't hear it all

This is promoted as something to fall asleep to. So, I did. But, what I did listen to was interesting. Curtis Stone has a wonderful Australian accent that is why I chose it. Plus cooking shows is one of the things I like. Maybe I'll listen again when I'm not sleepy.

Curtis' Voice Lulls Me to Sleep

Even though I have no idea what Curtis is talking about most of the time, his voice is so sultry that it puts me right to sleep.

Genius idea.

Great for falling asleep....but I woke up for a minute at one point and I am definitely going to try the asparagus Milanaise!

kind of interesting, but works as I fell asleep

I think the material was kind of interesting. made me think about food of course.
But boring monotone to soothe you to sleep - brilliantly done.
