this helped me tremendously

I always have struggled with feeling other's stress and anxiety as well as ghosts which scared me. Felt crazy for a long time, it's always weighed me down. A Spiritual Resource Book Must Have!

I wish this book was available when I first started to understand my empathic gifts. Not only is this book amazing to learn and understand the three levels of Reike, but is also a great tool for empaths. The techniques she explores to assist empaths to understand their gifts is vital. This is definitely a reference book I will be forwarding to others.

Loves it!

Very soothing to listen to and great information. I love the flow of the book and it had my interest throughout. I love that it ended in how to give animals Reiki at the end, I can easily find that section again. Having just received my Reiki certification, it was a wonderful refresher during my morning walks.
