It is very helpful that the book cover all the types of gaslighting and how to recognize when you are being gaslighted, so you can stop it.

I think love addiction and codependency is a very real, often misunderstood problem that I have struggled with for years. I found this book to be very comforting and it gave me insight on how my parents affected my relationship with loved ones as well as myself.
