This is an excellent book about Narcissistic Abuse

I feel like this book was listen about my yrs of being a victim of a narcissist. I was blind to it til I got away ans saw everything how it was and not how I thought it was at the time. It's sickening that there are really people out there that are like this.

Extremely helpful book for Empaths

I enjoyed this book! I wished I knew about Empaths before my mid-50s; I feel my life would have made more sense. Many explanations are given as well as helpful strategies for daily life. Thank you!

I enjoyed this book

I thought it was a great book - until my husband told me that I was not an empath. So, looked up the opposite of empath and that was narcisstic. So, my husband does not see me as President Obama, he sees me as our disgraced, impeached hopefully soon to be ex "president" trump. He could have just slapped me in the face.....

Amazing book

Awakened Empath by Luna & Sol is amazing, learning all about the spiritual realm, these new learnings are changing my life, I can see life can be really enjoyed and loved if you focus on the spiritual instead of being over taken by the mind. So grateful I found this book

I really enjoyed this audiobook

I really enjoy the approach to healing laid out in this book. A lot of support groups I have been in seem to hold a lot of anger, bitterness and resentment and encourage the use of those emotions to fuel themselves through life, rather than heal.
